- Ensure the satisfaction of individuals with disabilities, their families, our employees, and relevant parties while protecting their rights and privacy to the highest level.

- Continuously improve our modern infrastructure by utilizing the latest technologies.

- Establish quality objectives for our units, periodically evaluate our goals, and take necessary measures when needed.

- Comply with the current "Regulation on Special Care Centers for Individuals with Disabilities" issued by the Directorate of Family, Labor, and Social Services, as well as the quality management system and all applicable legal requirements.

- Continuously improve the practices of the quality management system.
