Umut Bakım Merkezi, from the admission stage onwards, perceives the elderly, disabled individuals, and their families as a whole, and implements social and psychological, individual and group activities tailored to the needs identified for both the elderly and the disabled individuals and their families.

Workshops, sports activities, entertainment, and celebrations are organized to ensure social integration for both disabled and elderly individuals.
