In recent times, nutrition and dietetic programs, whose importance has become more recognized, have also managed to attract the attention of wide-ranging audiences.

The evaluation of what we eat and the continuous monitoring of individuals' body mass indexes are considered vital aspects towards the continuation of life and participation in life.

Umut Care Center provides, from the admission stage onwards, continuous monitoring of the body mass indexes of all elderly individuals and the implementation of personalized nutrition and diet programs as part of routine examination and evaluation services for all ages.

Meals are provided based on the nutritional values ​​determined by the dietitian, including 3 main meals and 2 snacks:

- Tailored nutrition program according to disease and need

- Assistance with feeding if necessary

- Nutritional support through peg or tube feeding depending on disease progression
