Wir haben unser Unternehmen im Jahr 2006 gegründet und begannen unsere Tätigkeit in einem gemieteten Gebäude in der İstasyon Caddesi unter dem Namen Özel Umut Evi Özel Eğitim ve Rehabilitasyon Merkezi, das dem Ministerium für Nationale Bildung unterstellt ist. Sechs Monate später eröffneten wir unsere zweite Filiale in Yunak.

Wir begannen, 200 Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen in unserem Hauptgebäude in Akşehir zu betreuen. Aufgrund der unzureichenden physischen Struktur unseres Gebäudes in Akşehir errichteten wir eines der größten Rehabilitationszentren der Türkei auf einem Grundstück in der Seyran Mahallesi Kuvâ-yi Milliye Caddesi Nr. 55, das über eine geschlossene Fläche von 3000 m2 verfügt. Heute bemühen wir uns, etwa 315 Kindern mit besonderen Bedürfnissen den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten, einschließlich modernster technologischer Möglichkeiten.

In response to the need for care centers in our country, we opened our first care home in 2012 on 34068 Street in Akşehir Yeni Mahalle. Our institution, serving 223 disabled citizens in 3 groups, also provides employment for 120 people in 3 blocks. As of 2021, we opened our second care center with a capacity of 300 people on Tunahan Caddesi in Seyran Mahallesi. This building we have opened holds the status of Turkey's largest care center in a professional sense. In all of our care centers, there are application gardens for each disability group, animal shelters, carpet and art workshops, children's playgrounds, sports equipment, physical therapy bands, and game rooms (arcade, table tennis, etc.).

In our expert team, we have social workers, nurses, nursing assistants, health technicians, certified care personnel, cleaning staff, drivers, and chefs providing 24/7 care services. With the aim of ensuring coordinated and efficient work within the facility, our dedicated contribution is aimed at the well-being and active living of the disabled and elderly population. Therefore, prioritizing their high benefits is our main goal.

Our professional staff members who manage psycho-social support services in the care center organize individual sessions and activities to monitor and regulate the psychological and emotional processes of disabled individuals. These professionals providing psycho-social support services, along with our nursing team responsible for health services, aim to increase the well-being level by planning target activities and practices to ensure that disabled individuals spend their time efficiently and maintain their living conditions at a high level. The planned activities are shaped in line with the relevant focus to enhance the welfare level, aiming for individuals who are considered to have inadequacies due to existing mental, intellectual, or physical conditions to activate theoretically and to improve their well-being.

In addition to the existing support services, master instructors directed by the Public Education Center provide services to help disabled individuals lead more active and efficient daily life activities and lifestyles.

Particularly emphasizing the importance deemed necessary, coordinated care services are provided by a team specialized in health services, aimed at treating existing conditions in the most efficient manner, planned and implemented with expertise in the field. Nursing assistants, health technicians, elderly care technicians, and certified care personnel within the floors of the institution provide 24/7 services that meet all the needs of disabled and elderly individuals, enhancing their living conditions. The entire service staff within the organization has participated in Occupational Health and Safety Training, ensuring that they are informed about general procedures, risks, interventions, and safety measures. Through the workplace physician system, which prioritizes staff well-being, all personnel undergo routine check-ups and receive treatment for any existing conditions.

In our organization serving individuals with physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities, a specialized unit has been established for individuals who require top-level care due to aging or other physical impairments. Personnel providing care services in this unit receive training and participate in activities related to the importance of the subject matter.

Due to the need for regular treatment and planning for existing conditions, coordination with Akşehir State Hospital ensures medical support for disabled individuals, with visits and examinations by relevant specialist physicians (Psychiatry, Neurology, Internal Medicine, etc.) conducted on a weekly basis within the institution.

In cases where conditions arise that restrict the daily activities of disabled individuals, expert physiotherapists are integrated into the treatment process in addition to providing necessary care services. This ensures continuity of service provision on a weekly basis.

All of our buildings, designed to provide a warm and welcoming environment akin to a hotel, include an "Accessible Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, ensuring that disabled individuals feel at home.
